Volunteers are the heart of our organization. Misfit Mutts Dog Rescue was founded by six women who spent several years volunteering for other pet rescues. We understand firsthand the love and dedication that goes into being a volunteer. We promise to always remember and respect that you’re giving up your free time, your efforts will never be taken for granted or go unnoticed. Every single volunteer makes a difference and lives cannot be saved without your help! Our volunteers will be asked to assist in events and fundraising throughout the year. We may occasionally need help with transport and on intake days. We will never ask you to do something you do not feel comfortable doing but we cannot do this without you!
